Digital Detoxing Alone Is A Bad Idea
A recent study polled over 100 people that went on digital detoxing ranging from 2 to 30 days.
The poll results were quite interesting, says the lead researchers Aaron Wong.
Digital detoxing alone can lead to all sorts of issues, including panic attacks, amongst other things.
Aaron says that it is somewhat like trying to quit drinking without a support group or without any support.
The difference here is that people aren’t trying to quit from using electronics and the internet and their digital lifestyles, they are merely trying to detox from it for a bit and get back into it gradually.
Aaron says that study shows that people are ultimately happier and more successful when they do a digital detox with a partner.
