Facebook Beats Q3 2013 Earnings Projection $2 Billion
Facebook has beat projections again. This quarter they are weighing in at $2.02 billion in revenue.
49% of ad revenue comes from mobile advertising this quarter.
Thats a very steady growth from last quarter, showing clearly the trend in switching advertising to mobile devices.
Mobile MAUs were up 45 percent year over year to 874 million. Facebook’s monthly active users number jumped up by 40 million overall. Mobile daily active users were 507 million in September of 2013.
Investors are happy today and the stock is not seeing much change.
Only 1 million new users came from the U.S. this quarter. But, not surprising since the Facebook saturation that is already here.
