Max does talk to you just like the Corporate version of Microsoft’s Bob.

What will be next for Netflix? Actual artificial intelligence or just a more advanced way to search for and find what you’re looking for?

Critics have said that while on the iPhone a talking virtual assistant is helpful, they are not sure how helpful Max will be on Netflix since all you can do with it is search for movies. Nonetheless, it might be a cool new features that in some fashion helps people.
